VENUES
ARCHERS ARENA
Archers Arena is our primary venue, where most of our matches and training sessions take place.
First opened in 2016, the first game to take place at Archers Arena saw the WBBL side take a dramatic victory at the buzzer, and the Arena has since then seen a whole host of memorable moments.
From hosting international games, Wales in the BBL Trophy, national team camps, Four Nations events, incredible BUCS games and more, the Arena is one of the best venues for basketball not just in Wales, but across the UK.
SPORTS HALL
The original 'Archers Arena', known for a small capacity but intimidating atmosphere, which is used as our secondary playing and training venue.
The venue mainly hosts junior games across the weekend when Archers Arena hosts larger senior events.
NIAC
NIAC (National Indoor Athletic Centre) is rarely used for basketball due to the development of Archers Arena, but is a venue that hosted thousands of training sessions and games in the last 25 years.
Based on Cyncoed Campus, the venue occasionally hosts CVL or schools tournaments, and is also home to our S&C facilities.
ST DAVID'S COLLEGE
St David's College is our local academy partner, where James Dawe and Severiano Tiberi coach some of the brightest students and best basketball talents in Wales.
The College is also host to some training sessions during the week for our junior groups, as we share Archers Arena and the Sports Hall across the senior and junior programmes as well as other sports.
